Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to serve as the central link between project stakeholders and ensure smooth, efficient project delivery. About the Role As a Construction Administrator, you will manage all administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate. You'll play a critical role in supporting project success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities + Oversee and manage all administrative aspects of construction projects. + Act as the primary point of communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. + Maintain project timelines and ensure compliance with deadlines. + Coordinate and manage project documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements. + Utilize construction management software and tools to maintain accurate records and data entry. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and construction management software (e.g., Foundation Software). + Strong independent judgment and initiative. + Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively under tight deadlines. + Excellent communication skills and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications + Familiarity with construction documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements. + Experience in administrative support, construction administration, or project administration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
