Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active New York State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
  • Experience with orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records preferred.
