Client Service Associate (CSA) – Wealth Management | Series 65
About the Role
An established and rapidly growing wealth management firm is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to support a team of Financial Advisors in delivering a high-touch client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, detail-oriented position , enjoys working with financial data and systems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to Financial Advisors and client relationships
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records within CRM systems
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communications
- Track and execute client service requests and financial planning workflows
- Support ongoing client engagement and ensure a seamless service experience
- Utilize financial planning and tax tools to assist with client deliverables
- Series 65 license required
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or RIA environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working with financial planning tools and technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Client-first mindset with strong communication skills
- $70,000 – $80,000 base salary (flexibility based on experience)
- Bonus potential based on individual and firm performance
