Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Attorney
Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate - New York
Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property Group in New York to work on high-stakes, complex patent litigation matters. The salary range for this position is between $240k to $275k.
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Qualifications
- 4-7 years of patent litigation experience within a law firm, preferably in complex technologies.
- Admission to the New York bar required.
- Ability to waive into the New Jersey bar.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to read and write Chinese is preferred [although not required].
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
