Job Description

We are seeking motivated and results-driven ISO Team Members to expand and manage our Independent Sales Organization (ISO) channel. This role focuses on developing strong ISO partnerships, driving deal flow, and growing revenue through merchant and broker networks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000 - $70,000 per year

Language Requirements: English (required), and Chinese (preferred) Responsibilities

• Develop, onboard, and manage ISO and broker partners
• Promote the company’s SME financing products (e.g., MCA, business loans, credit facilities) through ISO channels
• Support ISO partners throughout the deal lifecycle , from lead submission to fundingProvide product, process, and compliance training to ISO partners
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track ISO performance metrics, conversion rates, and funding volumes
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with high-performing ISO partners
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on competitive activity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable in a commission-based environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple ISO relationships
