Job Title: Barista

Primary Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer experience and actively contribute to the store's sales performance by driving sales and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The successful individual will:

• Guest Engagement: Great and assist guests with warmth and authenticity that makes them feel welcomed and look for cues on how we may make their experience fun and memorable.

• Product Knowledge : Maintain deep knowledge of menu merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to seize opportunities to share the craft & quality in all of our products.

• Selling Skills : Meet individual and store sales goals by sharing our different beverages, food, and merchandise options. Identify opportunities to enhance guest experience through customization (e.g., alternative milks, extra shots, larger sizes) and ensure their awareness of limited availability items.

• Visual Standard : Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.

• Operational Excellence : Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workplace, ensuring proper sanitation and food safety standards are always followed. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare and serve handcrafted beverages following recipe standards and customer preferences.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to solve problems and ensure a seamless guest experience. Support team goals by sharing selling strategies and celebrating wins together.

The accomplished individual will possess...
• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash
• Available to work flexible hours/shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

BASE PAY RANGE $16.00 TO $18.00 Hourly
