Lead Analyst - Finance @ Mammoth Brands Inc. (New York, NY) Support and lead the area of SAP S/4 Finance and IT support relevant financial applications. Participate in SAP S/4 upgrade projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the SAP Finance SME. Support and lead the area of financial reporting. Validate and document configurations, enhancements, developments, and underlying processes. Coordinate with Finance users to understand functional requirements in order to identify and develop solutions. Understand the implemented configurations and Mammoth Brands' finance processes to develop future finance solutions, enhancements, and continue improvements for SAP software and Mammoth Brands' business priorities and initiatives. Participate in separating duties and Security role definitions for users in the S Finance space. Provide input and oversight for internal processes with respect to SAP master data, hierarchies, and reporting. Transition the project to support, leading the daily support (incidents and service requests), maintenance and continuous improvement of the SAP environment. Develop Mammoth Brands' SAP best practices to facilitate change management and end user adoption of new technologies and processes in the Finance space. Oversee financial applications once introduced to Mammoth Brands' IT Global Systems ERP support model. Collaborate with user, business units, and IT teams to deliver SAP best practices to Mammoth Brands. Support monthly financial close and forecasting processes, as well as budgeting and planning. Telecommuting permitted, in-office three (3) days per week. Salary: $170,000 - $180,600/year. 40 hours/week (from 9a.m. to 5p.m.).Requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting or another directly related IT or finance field and eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in SAP FICO consulting. Experience must include: SAP systems including S/4, FICO implementation; Finance/Procurement applications and Bank Interfaces ; Key integration points including COPA, SD, MM, PP and other SAP modules; Proficiency in Sub Ledger to General Ledger; Excel based data analysis; Treasury and FSCM; Electronic Data Interfaces.To apply, email [email protected].
