At PRINE Health, we're building AI capability inside our organization — not renting it from vendors.
PRINE is a physician-led, nephrology-centric multispecialty group on Long Island, NY with 200+ providers. We're operationally sophisticated, revenue-generating, and actively preparing for a private equity transaction.
This role is closer to an internal startup than a traditional job.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Our AI and digital transformation strategy, end-to-end
- Deployment of tools across clinical operations, revenue cycle, and patient workflows
- Workflow automation across our tech stack (CureMD, ThoroughCare, Curogram, SuperDial, Quickbooks)
- Data pipelines and dashboards that people actually use
- Evaluation of new tools — deploy fast, kill what doesn't work, scale what does
WHAT BUILDING ACTUALLY MEANS HERE:
- Automate prior auth, intake, and internal workflows end-to-end
- Rebuild parts of the revenue cycle — fewer denials, faster cash, better visibility
- Improve patient engagement across scheduling, communication, and follow-up

- Early to mid-career with CS, data science, or health informatics background
- You've built and shipped real things — not slide decks
- Comfortable with LLMs, APIs, workflow automation, and data infrastructure in production
- You move fast, figure things out, and don't wait for permission
- Healthcare experience helps but is not required
- You want ownership and upside more than a safe, predictable role
