Summer Intern - Defect Characterization

onsemi is seeking an intern in Defect Characterization in Hopewell Junction, NY. The intern will support the development, improvement, and integration of machine-learning models used to classify wafer defects across optical and SEM inspection platforms. The role focuses on enhancing accuracy while reducing complexity and cost.
