What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You’ll be out in the field with a small crew, working hands-on to repair underground pipes without digging up entire properties (yeah, it’s pretty cool).

Day-to-day looks like:

• Setting up and breaking down job sites

• Working with tools, equipment, and materials

• Assisting with pipe cleaning, prep, and lining

• Supporting trenchless pipe installations (CIPP)

• Keeping the job site clean, safe, and efficient

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day — and you’ll learn real skills fast.

What the Work Environment Looks Like

• Work takes place on residential, commercial, and municipal job sites

• Primarily outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

• Travel is required depending on the project

• Work may include confined spaces (manholes, underground access points)

Fast-paced, hands-on environment where every crew member matters

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience — but you do need:

• A strong work ethic (this is hands-on, physical work)

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Comfort working outdoors in different variable conditions

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Dependability — your team is counting on you

• Ability to work out of town and overnights.
