Your role
Project management staff ensure development, operations, and customer implementation projects are completed smoothly and efficiently.
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding of key customers onto Global Relay services. This role will serve as the main point of contact for the customer and will ensure that onboarding projects are moving forward and that project schedules, issues, and action items are properly tracked.
Your responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers by being the main point of contact and ensure any requests or issues raised are communicated internally and addressed in a timely manner
- Ensure overall project objective and target dates are clearly understood and communicated to all teams.
- Coordinate with different project teams to ensure that committed deliverables are on track and delivered to the customer on time.
- Run daily status meetings with the project team to provide status updates and ensure issues are raised and given proper visibility.
- Run weekly status meetings with the customer and ensure that each meeting has an agenda with relevant updates and meeting minutes are recorded and sent to the customer and circulated internally.
- Proactively work with the teams to identify priority items and have them addressed in the required timeframe.
About you
- Post-secondary education (minimum of an undergraduate degree is preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience required which must include experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience working with both small, large, and enterprise customers.
- Adaptability to working with multiple teams on projects with varying degrees of flexibility/rigidity at different points in the development cycle.
- Ability to understand technical as well as business requirements and accurately capture technical notes.
- Demonstrates a history of being able to work effectively with groups with at different levels of technical and process experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills.
Working conditions
Enterprise Project Manager Coverage is needed 24x7 leveraging a follow the sun model. Project Managers are required to work professional work days. Weekend and off hours availability for scheduled activities, urgent customer implementation requests, and ad hoc escalations is required.
Compensation
Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with applicable pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background.
The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. We provide a comprehensive health benefits program, including extended health coverage and short-term / long-term disability insurance. Employees receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure. Other benefits include paid sick days, maternity/parental leave enhanced program, commuter benefits, corporate bonuses, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company contribution matching.

Base salary range
$140,000 - $170,000 USD
