Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within the Business Operations & Services team. The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Ad Sales & Partnerships business while contributing to a collaborative and energetic team culture.
- Overall management of executive calendars
- Prioritize communications that may include meetings, phone conversations and emails; determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention
- Assists in preparing all required presentations, meeting agendas, notes, etc. as needed.
- Assist in gathering and coordinating information for regular reporting needs
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings and events, meeting recaps, and room bookings.
- Coordination of travel arrangements; process and track expense & travel reimbursements.
- Maintain and updating contacts/distribution lists
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate files
- Assist with additional special projects and other duties as required
- Create and manage tracking documents for internal distribution and communication updates
- Provide backup support to other EAs as needed
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- 1+ years prior relevant experience, supporting Senior-Level Executives
- Exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
- Expert proficiency with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative, and being very resourceful

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
