Junior Bartender
Bar Pisellino is a classic Italian bar celebrating l’arte del bere — the art of drinking. From morning espresso to evening aperitivo, we are seeking a Junior Bartender to support our bar team in delivering polished, warm, and energetic service in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone eager to grow within a high-level beverage program rooted in Italian bar culture.
Responsibilities
- Support bartenders during busy service while maintaining smooth bar flow
- Retrieve and restock ice, spirits, syrups, juices, glassware, and bar tools
- Prep garnishes and assist with batching as needed
- Plate select bar offerings (e.g., salumi, tramezzini) with care and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar top at all times
- Wash, polish, and properly store glassware and dish ware
- Operate and maintain the dish station efficiently
- Assist with bar setup and complete all closing side work
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
- Ability to work quickly and calmly in a high-volume setting
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
