- Find the "Pace": Hunt for and hire high-energy talent who can actually handle the "visual acuity" and speed of a fast-paced production environment.
- Be the Face of Randstad: Walk the production floor daily to stay in sync with supervisors and keep our talent motivated.
- Own the Onboarding: Run the whole 90-minute safety and video training process so the site leadership doesn't have to touch it.
- Build a New Pipeline: Stop relying on old referrals; get out into the community and use the Randstad App to find "fresh blood" and new talent pools.
- Manage the Clock: Keep an eye on the onsite time clocks to make sure payroll is perfect and attendance is tight.
- Fix Problems Fast: Handle any worker issues or "no-shows" on the spot before they impact the schedule.
- Stay in Sync: Sit down with the HR team once a week to show them our progress and prep for upcoming shift expansions.
- Master the Tech: Use our internal tools and the Randstad App to keep the talent pipeline moving and the paperwork compliant.
- Create the Culture: Build an environment where people actually want to stay, specifically focusing on the launch of new shifts.
