Bartender – Job Description

The Butcher’s Daughter is seeking a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. Strong experience with craft cocktails, beer, wine, and guest engagement is required.

• Organized and clean working habits
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine

• Accurately and efficiently prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and wine selections
• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests dining at the bar
• Ensure a consistent and elevated guest experience aligned with The Butcher’s Daughter brand standards
• Maintain full knowledge of all beverages served within the restaurant
• Adhere to all safety standards and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory in accordance with restaurant procedures
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked with glassware, beverage lists, garnishes, tools, and mise-en-place prior to and throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, liquor room, and service areas
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and remain engaged with updates and service expectations
• Maintain accurate labeling, menus, and bar systems (including bin organization and stock rotation)
