Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year A bit about us: We are a global leader in the design and supply of gas turbine exhaust systems for power generation and petrochemical facilities. We partner with OEMs, EPC firms, and plant operators worldwide to deliver high-performance, engineered solutions that improve efficiency, reduce noise, and support critical operations. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead customer engagement and drive growth across a defined territory. This is a high-impact, technical sales role responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering tailored engineered solutions to industrial clients. The ideal candidate brings a consultative, value-based sales approach, with the ability to understand customer requirements, translate technical needs into solutions, and build long-term partnerships. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned region, delivering a high-quality customer experience
- Drive sales of new equipment, aftermarket parts, and services through direct and channel-based strategies
- Develop and execute regional sales plans and forecasts, with accountability for achieving annual targets
- Build, train, and manage representatives and distributor networks to maximize territory performance
- Analyze customer specifications and performance requirements to recommend optimized technical solutions
- Prepare, present, and manage proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and profitability
- Lead customer-facing activities including presentations, seminars, and trade show participation
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and end users to identify and capture new opportunities
- Monitor market trends and territory potential to guide strategic growth initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to support project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience selling capital equipment into industrial markets
- Proven success in technical, consultative sales environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and close complex deals
- Technical background with exposure to acoustics, gas turbines, or process systems
- Experience working with OEMs, EPC firms, or industrial end users
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-driven
