We are looking for an experienced primary care physician to join our medical group full time in the Rego Park area of Queens, NY. Our experienced team of doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and dynamic support staff specialize in primary and immediate care within our state-of-the-art office. We help our patients with a wide range of medical issues from acute to chronic, providing high quality primary care. The primary duties of the incoming provider will be primary care with allergy testing, physicals and well visits, preventative care and planning, and sleep studies to name a few.

Duties:
-Patient exams/consultations- primary and immediate care for acute and chronic health issues
-Evaluate Clinical Data
-Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
-Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
-Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
-Documentation- timely and accurate
-Direct the management of the patient's care

Requirements:
-MD/DO licensed in NY
-BCBE Family Practice or Internal medicine physician

Compensation:
-$200,000

Schedule:
-30 hrs per week
