MANAGER OF OPERATIONS
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members and front-line management.
Manage department operating expenses, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Turnover.
Enhance customer service by addressing issues and collaborating with the Account Management team.
Facilitate smooth transitions for new customers at the distribution center.
Develop and enforce operational policies to maintain compliance with established procedures.
Conduct root cause analyses to improve team dynamics, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Oversee talent development and succession planning within the department.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, acting as the Designated Representative where necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong financial acumen with previous profit and loss responsibilities.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, capable of directing complex initiatives.
Proven analytical skills with experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Ability to drive change and inspire team members.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Capable of maintaining composure under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or warehouse operations, preferably in the healthcare or medical device sector.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in planning, communication, and team motivation.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform essential job functions safely and consistently, adhering to ADA, FMLA, and other relevant standards. Regular attendance is crucial.
