You will assist Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with top-tier support while enhancing their gaming experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, game rules, promotions, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate any complex issues that arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, gaming regulations, and company policies to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Swedish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the iGaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of gaming platforms and an understanding of player behavior is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece as part of this position.
