Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
- Core responsibilities: Provide high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document changes in condition promptly. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, manage wound care and dressing changes, assist with activities of daily living, and support patient education on disease management, medication safety, and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and adjust care plans, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
