Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a welcoming, lively and enthusiastic Host to be the first point of contact for our guests at our Soho, New York location. As a Host at Crazy Pizza, you will set the tone for the entire dining experience, becoming the first face of the property, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. Essential Duties of This Role:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and make reservations to ensure a smooth and efficient seating process.
• Maintain a positive and energetic presence at the front desk, creating an inviting atmosphere that embodies the Crazy Pizza spirit.
• Manage the flow of guests, ensuring tables are turned efficiently while maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with the service and kitchen teams to optimize guest seating and manage wait times effectively.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns with professionalism and care.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area, ensuring that it reflects Crazy Pizza’s high standards.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the menu, specials, and upcoming events.
• Enhance the guest experience by creating a welcoming environment and helping them feel like VIPs from start to finish.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Host or in a customer-facing role within a high-volume restaurant at least one year is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A friendly, outgoing, and upbeat attitude that contributes to the lively Crazy Pizza atmosphere.
• Ability to remain composed and manage a fast-paced environment during peak dining hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
