Salary: $165K-$180K
Our client is a well-established and highly respected specialist in corporate interior projects, delivering high-quality workspace solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Known for their creativity, precision, and client-focused approach, they manage projects from concept through to completion, transforming workplaces into functional and inspiring environments.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate interior projects
- Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead site meetings and manage on-site activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within interior fit-out or construction
- Strong knowledge of corporate/commercial interior projects
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong budgeting and cost control experience
- Relevant qualifications in construction/project management (preferred)
