Director of Weatherization

The Weatherization Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Weatherization Department in order to fulfill its contractual obligations regarding production and spending. This will include supervision of staff and day-to-day operations (audit, production, certification of units) as well as administrative duties associated with the position.
QUALIFICATIONS: BPI Building Analyst and Envelope Professional, Infiltration and Duct Leakage (IDL), Multi Family Analyst, HEP Energy Auditor, HEP Quality Control Inspection certifications preferred.
5 years progressive experience
Basic computer skills
• Responsible for the daily operation of WX program
• Oversee production of all projects.
• Create specifications for all projects in preparation of bid procedures.
• Oversee all bid openings.
• Review production status of all projects
• Supervision and Training of Auditors
• Conduct roundtable with Auditors.
• Create materials lists for projects.
• Supervise / Conduct QCI of completed projects.
• Communication with program reps at State and Federal level.
• Perform audits as necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Lifting, Carrying, Pushing / Pulling up to 50 lbs. Standing / Walking frequently up to 8 hours / day.

WORK ENVIORNMENT: Indoor / Outdoor conditions. Exposure to all elements (heat, cold, noise). Personal Protective Equipment furnished.
