New York – Californer -- K2 Integrity, a global leader in risk management investigations and assurance services, today announced that Aaron Karczmer has been named Chief Executive Officer of the firm, effective immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, guiding K2 Integrity’s growth, client service, and strategic investments.
• Lead the firm alongside the Board of Directors; Aaron will chair the Executive Committee and will be based in New York City at K2 Integrity’s global headquarters.
• Support ongoing growth initiatives, client service enhancements, and expansion of service offerings during a period of transition and increased complexity for commercial and governmental entities.

Qualifications

• Aaron Karczmer has more than 20 years of experience building, transforming, and leading teams with a focus on growth and customer outcomes, leveraging data and cross-sector partnerships.
• Most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Enterprise Services Officer at PayPal, with global responsibility for risk and compliance policy and operations, customer service, regulatory and government relations, and oversight of relevant product teams including identity, customer service, risk, and compliance.
• Prior to PayPal, held leadership roles at American Express and co-founded units focused on identity theft and cyber-crime mitigation; graduate of Stanford Law School.

His appointment reflects K2 Integrity's accelerating growth and expansion of service offerings; he will serve as a senior executive focused on growth, client service, and strategic investments.
