Seeking a polished, professional Client Relations Manager for a high professional, corporate environment. Must have experience with large corporations. Concierge type individual needed who can manage large reception individuals. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class client and guest experience while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will need to bring exceptional leadership experience, attention to detail, and a proven ability to elevate hospitality standards in a professional services or financial environment.

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
Full-Time | On-site

Schedule & Work Environment

• Core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Coverage required between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM , with flexibility as needed
• Fully on-site role in a very, very professional, business-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

Client & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing day-to-day requests, inquiries, and service needs
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery
• Address concerns and ensure timely resolution with appropriate follow-up
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately 20+ reception professionals
• Oversee scheduling, coverage, breaks, and PTO to ensure seamless operations
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training to maintain high service standards
• Support hiring and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee meeting and conference room operations, including scheduling, setup, and readiness
• Support high-volume meeting environments and ensure seamless execution
• Utilize workplace systems to manage reservations, ticketing, and communication
• Manage reporting, documentation, payroll support, and performance reviews
• Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines and deliverables
• Partner with internal teams on workplace and employee-related initiatives

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Drive a “white-glove” hospitality experience, ensuring all guests receive a warm, polished, and professional welcome
• Set and maintain high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism
• Ensure all reception areas consistently reflect a premium, client-ready environment

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in workplace operations, office services, or hospitality within a corporate environment
• Leadership experience managing large teams (10+ employees required)
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High level of professionalism, polish, and attention to detail
• Any experience in a Banking Corporate environment highly preferred.
