Seeking a polished, professional Client Relations Manager for a high professional, corporate environment. Must have experience with large corporations. Concierge type individual needed who can manage large reception individuals. This role is responsible for delivering a best-in-class client and guest experience while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will need to bring exceptional leadership experience, attention to detail, and a proven ability to elevate hospitality standards in a professional services or financial environment.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Core business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Coverage required between 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM , with flexibility as needed
- Fully on-site role in a very, very professional, business-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing day-to-day requests, inquiries, and service needs
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery
- Address concerns and ensure timely resolution with appropriate follow-up
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately 20+ reception professionals
- Oversee scheduling, coverage, breaks, and PTO to ensure seamless operations
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing training to maintain high service standards
- Support hiring and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee meeting and conference room operations, including scheduling, setup, and readiness
- Support high-volume meeting environments and ensure seamless execution
- Utilize workplace systems to manage reservations, ticketing, and communication
- Manage reporting, documentation, payroll support, and performance reviews
- Assist with project coordination, tracking timelines and deliverables
- Partner with internal teams on workplace and employee-related initiatives
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Drive a “white-glove” hospitality experience, ensuring all guests receive a warm, polished, and professional welcome
- Set and maintain high standards of service, presentation, and professionalism
- Ensure all reception areas consistently reflect a premium, client-ready environment
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in workplace operations, office services, or hospitality within a corporate environment
- Leadership experience managing large teams (10+ employees required)
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High level of professionalism, polish, and attention to detail
- Any experience in a Banking Corporate environment highly preferred.
