Line Cook
- Prepare and maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked station
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation and health department standards and regulations
- Maintain a busy station for the duration of service, receiving direction from the expediting chef
- Efficiently clean and close station and offer assistance to colleagues when necessary
- Assist with inventory checks and notify the kitchen manager when supplies are low
- Assist in preparing staff meal
- Assist in new team member training
