We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join our team in New York. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in real estate sales, who excels at converting leads into clients and managing relationships with high-value customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through design solutions that match their vision while driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and convert high-value leads into confirmed projects.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and design concepts to clients.
  • Track sales metrics, pipeline, and performance to meet/exceed targets. Stay updated on market trends, interior design innovations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:



  • 2–10 years of experience in interior design sales, Real estate sales, business development, or client engagement.
  • Proven track record of converting leads into clients and managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Client-centric approach with a passion for design and aesthetics.
