Packager
Location: New Woodstock, NY (outside Syracuse)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Lunch: 1-hour paid lunch break
Employment Type: Temporary with potential to convert (4-6 months) Position Overview
Our client is seeking Packagers to support daily production and order fulfillment operations at a licensed cannabis manufacturing facility in New York State. This is an ASAP need . Prior cannabis experience is not required .
Key Responsibilities
- Label finished cannabis products accurately and compliantly
- Package products according to company and state standards
- Assemble and prepare customer orders for fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Assist with additional production and packaging tasks as needed
- Opportunity to take on increased responsibilities over time
- Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Paid 1-hour lunch break
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required by NYS cannabis regulations)
- No cannabis experience required
- Warehouse, production, or packaging experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
- Comfortable wearing closed-toe shoes (required)
