Job Duties:

• Lawn mowing. Residential homes. Two man mow crews. 4 days a week Monday - Thursday on 60 inch riding zero - turn mowers only. Must have 1-2 years professional experience on these machines. Having the ability to stripe, and cut straight lines professionally.
• Spring and Fall cleanup's.
• Mulching. April - June. 1-2 days a week
• Shrub trimming. July - August. 1-2 days a week
• Snowplowing residential driveways -Bushnell Basin / Pittsford, made available in the wintertime $40.00 per hour

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Reliable and punctual is a must .
• 1 year professional experience mowing on 60 inch zero turns. Required.
• Detail oriented.
• Good communication skills. Having the ability to work well with others.
• Self-motivated. Purpose with urgency.
• Friendly and energetic.
• Employees that take pride in their work with a positive can do attitude.
• Carrier oriented team player.
• No jerks allowed. No bad tempers or hot heads. Being a positive team player is a must.

Immediate openings available. Starting work in late March 2026 when weather permits with Spring cleanups. Generally working through late November early December. We are looking for experienced, full time year- around employees, not seasonal help. If you have worked for other companies and didn't feel you were treated right, you should speak with us. CLL Lawn and Landscape Management Inc. Is a full service year-around property maintenance company since 1997. Providing residential lawn mowing, spring and fall cleanups, mulching, shrub trimming and residential snowplowing. Lawn mowing is a large part of our day to day operations. Our payroll is run once a week with direct deposit. During the winter months employees are able to collect unemployment. Snowplowing residential driveways in Pittsford / Bushnell's Basin 14534 is made available at the rate of $40.00 per hour.

Shop is located in Victor / Farmington. Not far from the Finger Lakes Racino and race track. Starting work at 7:30 am. in the morning generally working 8 hour shifts in the town of Pittsford. Employees will be mowing on 60 inch zero turns in 2 man crews. Employees must have professional experience on these machines. Having the ability to stripe, and cut straight lines is a must.
