Customer Specialist / Customer Success Manager (US)

Flinn.ai
New York, NY

💡 We are looking for an outstanding Customer Specialist to make our US enterprise clients successful and genuinely happy. Join our NYC-based team and be part of a fast-growing company as we build our US presence. You’ll benefit from the stability of long-term enterprise contracts, allowing you to build deep, meaningful customer relationships. The role includes regular onsite customer visits (approximately twice per month) and company-paid quarterly offsites in Europe to connect with the full team - with the option to extend your stay privately.

Why Flinn?

  • We are building a truly exceptional culture: While many companies claim to have a great culture, we invite you to discover what truly sets ours apart. Visit our career page , speak with our team, listen to our founders’ podcast, or experience our culture first-hand during the interview process.

  • Make a Meaningful Impact: Your work at Flinn contributes directly to solutions that improve people’s health and lives by making high-quality health products accessible for everyone.

  • Experienced, well-funded, highly professional : As well-funded startup veterans, we know how to sustain long-term business health and success, ensuring an environment for continuous personal growth.

Your contributions to our journey:

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients after a contract is signed , owning customer onboarding, ongoing enablement, and value delivery on the Flinn platform

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise medical device manufacturers , growing alongside their needs as our product capabilities expand

  • Share important customer feedback with our product team to continuously improve our software solution

  • Identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell and upsell) and partner closely with the sales team —without carrying a quota

  • Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and long-term value

  • Work closely with our Founding Team member to help establish Flinn as the market leader in the US, building on our proven success in Europe

What is in for you?

  • Grow with us. We are committed to supporting you in your professional and personal development, no matter whether you aim to become a great leader, renowned expert, successful entrepreneur, or high performing specialist.

  • Staying healthy is a top priority. We help each other to reflect, stay in balance, and free up company budget to support healthy activities (food, subscriptions, team activities etc.).

  • Competitive compensation, including the most employee friendly stock options. Such as fair leaver & vesting terms, secondary exit participation and profit participation opportunities for employees.

  • We offer you flexibility and empower you to design your days/weeks according to your needs. Therefore, we offer unlimited vacation and very flexible working hours.

  • We commit ourselves to the highest integrity standards. Great performance is not an excuse for disrespectful, jerk-like behavior.

What you need to be successful:

  • A genuine enjoyment of working closely with customers and the ability to build rapport quickly on a human level

  • The ability to ramp up quickly on complex, nuanced topics and support customers as a trusted advisor

  • Strong independence and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • The grit to consistently deliver high-quality work in recurring customer onboarding sessions - and to improve them every time

  • Native or near-native fluency in American English

  • Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for customer meetings and industry events

  • Nice to have: experience in medical or pharmaceutical compliance-related roles (e.g., Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or scientific research)

To get hired, show us with clear examples how:

  • You go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and why customers genuinely enjoy working with you

  • You’ve mastered a complex subject quickly and earned credibility as a trusted advisor

  • You stay proactive and highly organized , especially when navigating competing priorities

  • You’ve demonstrated grit and high performance while consistently meeting deadlines

  • You remain adaptable and flexible in fast-changing environments

We strive to remove barriers, eliminate discrimination, and ensure equal opportunity through our transparent recruitment process. We are open to all groups of people without regard to age, color, national origin, race, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital status or any other legally protected characteristic.
