High School Math Teacher
2026-27 School Year Vacancy:
Davis Renov Stahler Yeshiva High School for Boys (DRS) seeks a full time Math Teacher to join our exceptional school faculty in fostering a culture of academic exploration and excellence and dedication to spiritual, intellectual, and personal growth of all students.
Our ideal candidate will:
Possess a supportive, student-centered approach, geared toward students with a variety of levels and learning styles.
Be understanding of and sensitive to the principles of social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Have expertise in at least one of our core curricular areas- Algebra I, Geometry or Algebra II and be able to teach at various skill levels.
Possess the ability and expertise to teach beyond the course curriculum, such as courses in Statistics or advanced mathematical subjects.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster holistic approaches to educating students
Embrace our diverse modern-Orthodox Jewish community.
Communicate proactively, sensitively, and warmly with all stakeholders- students, parents, faculty, and staff
Requirements:
Have prior teaching experience, preferably in the independent school world
Possess an advanced degree in Math or the teaching of Mathematics
