Vacation time Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee a variety of electrical projects within the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in telecommunications, alarm systems, and hospital construction projects. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage all aspects of electrical project from planning to implementation.
2. Supervise and coordinate with project team to ensure smooth execution of the project.
3. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and other project control activities.
5. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Manage and resolve any potential issues or complexities that may arise during the project.
7. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
8. Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
9. Develop comprehensive project plans and share them with clients and other team members.
10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear and consistent communication. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing electrical projects within telecommunications, alarm systems, and hospitals.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and project management principles.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
6. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
9. Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
10. Ability to travel as required to oversee project sites.
