Product Designer (New Grad)

TL;DR — We’re building humanity’s defense layer for the AI age and looking for a high-agency Product Designer with an exceptional eye for detail to turn direction and constraints into concrete interfaces and systems that work under pressure.

What we’re looking for

• Portfolio demonstrating excellent command of Figma, including systems thinking and interactive, spotless, iOS prototypes.
• Track record showing you can ship, observe real-world use, and improve rapidly
• Comfort working on complex, information-dense interfaces.
• Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in code when needed.
• Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution.
• U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data).
  

Bonus if you’ve

• Mastered Framer, Mapbox, or spatial UI / Liquid Glass in real projects.
• Designed motion, transitions, or micro-interactions for iOS.
• Worked with Apple Human Interface Guidelines beyond surface level.
• Worked in a founding or early-stage startup environment.
• Comfortable operating with discretion in sensitive or high-profile environments.
  

What you’ll do

• Design mission-critical interfaces for mobile and web systems used in real-world environments.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, interaction patterns).
• Prototype flows and interactions using Framer and, when useful, SwiftUI.
• Design spatial and map-based interfaces using Mapbox or similar tooling.
• Work closely with iOS and full-stack engineers to translate designs into production.
• Iterate rapidly based on field feedback—observe usage, fix what doesn’t work, and ship again.
• Engage directly with elite users, often on the road (~25% global travel).

Final Facts

Salary depending on experience and impact. Total compensation includes equity, premium insurance, and individual benefits.

You’ll join us on-site at our NYC HQ or in DC, with regular global travel to work alongside users.
