Responsibilities:
- We use Resy as our reservation platform. Experience with Resy is a necessity
- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
- Providing a warm welcome to all our guests
- Make guests feel comfortable while waiting at the front desk.
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each guest and employee
- Protect the privacy of our guests
- Ability to be resourceful, calm, and proactive when issues arise
- Professional correspondence via email, and phone calls both internally and with guest
