We are looking for an experienced Production team member familiar with general kitchen prep and food safety standards who brings a good mindset and positive attitude when it comes to working as part of a team. This role handles all aspects of kitchen production, requiring the ability to efficiently multitask between all areas of prep.
Job RequirementsMust be available to work weekends and mornings.
1 year of dough production, baking, or high-volume kitchen prep experience (Preferred).
Experience operating a commercial dough mixer (Preferred).
Food Handlers license (Preferred).
Ability to lift 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Prep & Production: Complete tasks such as dough production and general pizza prep production (e.g., cutting cheese, slicing deli meats, following recipes).
Quality Control: Ensure constant attention to detail to all tasks at hand. Must be able to meet our strict standards for quality, texture, and taste, following precise measurements and consistent execution.
Organization: Label, date, and stock all ingredients and prepped items on easily accessible shelves.
Execution: Produce efficiently and show consistent, high-quality work under the direction of the shift leader and/or manager.
Food Safety: Strictly follow and uphold all Department of Health (DOH) food standards and practices.
Teamwork: Contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere while maintaining a highly efficient workflow with fellow team membe
