Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Post-Assembly & Packing Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you are the final hand to touch our product before it reaches the customer. You will be responsible for the final mechanical integration, rigorous quality audits, and precision industrial packaging.

The ideal candidate possesses a "quality-first" mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

1. Quality Control & Technical Accuracy

The operator is the final line of defense before a product reaches the customer.

• Tolerance Verification: Confirming that all assembled parts meet the specified engineering tolerances (e.g., ensuring gaps do not exceed 0.5mm ).

• Defect Identification: Identifying and "red-tagging" any sub-par components to prevent them from entering the final build.

• Fastener Calibration: Regularly checking that torque tools are calibrated to the correct Newton-meters ($Nm$) to avoid over-tightening or structural loosening.
