This position is responsible for the administrative part (i.e., announcing and monitoring inbound traffic, KPI reporting, invoice auditing) of the collaboration with 3PL US partner Bergen Logistics, for the direct contact with key suppliers for the US Supply Chain function, and for specific logistical processes connected to 3PL US and Acne Studios.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Supply Chain Administrator, United States, you will assist the supply chain in administrative capacity to assure operational excellence in collaboration with our US 3PL partner, Bergen Logistics. This position is based at Acne Studios' New York office and occasionally on-site at our third-party warehouse facility in North Bergen, New Jersey. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager US.

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring our warehouse partner delivers and fulfills objectives and directions, while working proactively to ensure the highest operational standards are deployed at all times
  • Announcing deliveries and managing daily inbound flow to third-party warehouse
  • Auditing invoices and customs duty and tax bills and assisting with documentation
  • Collecting, analyzing and reporting on inbound KPI's
  • Assisting with Supply-Chain development projects in general and improvement projects for the US market
  • Assisting the Wholesale, Retail and E-commerce teams at New York office in delivery related matters

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, preferably fashion or similar
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Coursework in supply chain & logistics is preferred
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
The compensation range is $52,000 - 57,000, plus company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill and internal alignment.
