Pay Range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour

Your Impact as a CNC Machinist:

• Transform engineering concepts into precisely crafted components.
• Set up and operate sophisticated multi-axis CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
• Ensure product quality through detailed inspection processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain our high standards for safety and quality.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with CNC machinery (mills, lathes, routers).
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360).
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs . PPE provided.
