Schedule: Monday to Friday / 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour

Your Impact as a CNC Machinist:
- Transform engineering concepts into precisely crafted components.
- Set up and operate sophisticated multi-axis CNC machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Ensure product quality through detailed inspection processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain our high standards for safety and quality.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with CNC machinery (mills, lathes, routers).
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting up to 75 lbs . PPE provided.
