Sunshine Homecare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in both home and school-based settings. As an LPN, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, effective, and personalized nursing services. Hiring Locations

We are actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in the following areas:

• Rockland County, NY

• Westchester County, NY

• Hudson Valley, NY

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist with wound care, enteral feedings, catheter and tracheostomy care (within LPN scope)

• Monitor, record, and promptly report patient condition changes

• Support pediatric clients in school settings with 1:1 care when assigned

• Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of services provided

• Adhere to infection control and HIPAA standards at all times

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program

• Active New York State LPN license (required)

• 2+ years of home care and/or pediatric experience (preferred)

• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to remain calm in emergencies and follow care plans accurately
