HFM Realty is seeking licensed real estate agents to serve Nassau County, LI New York. This is an opportunity for driven real estate professionals who want to become a successful agent in the market they choose to work in.

Job Type:

• Full-time / Part-time/Flexible Schedule
• Commission-based.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and train to generate and convert buyer and seller leads.
• Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.
• List and market residential properties.
• Negotiate, write up contracts and manage transactions through closings.
• Build and maintain real estate leads including a strong client pipeline.
• Establish a recognizable presence in the Quincy / South Shore market under the HFM Brand
• Deliver exceptional client real estate service.
• Uphold HFM Realty places and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License ( required ).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Have a business mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Desire to build a strong personal brand and local reputation.

Compensation:

• Up to 90% commission split.
• No commission cap.
• No franchise fees.
