Service Customer Care Specialist

Description
Nimey’s New Generation Cars is seeking a full-time, reliable and customer-focused Service Customer Care Specialist to support our high-performing service department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily service activities, enhancing the customer experience, and assisting technicians and service advisors with various tasks.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in the service drive with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, customer lounge, and vehicle bays
- Escort customers to waiting areas or explain procedures when needed
- Perform vehicle walkarounds, take photos, and document damage or concerns for service files
- Move, park, or retrieve customer vehicles as directed
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure or fluid levels (if applicable)
- Support service advisors with administrative tasks such as data entry, parts retrieval, and communication follow-ups
- Keep inventory of shop supplies and alert management when stock is low
- Monitor the flow of vehicles through the service lane and update team on vehicle status
- Assist with shuttle service or vehicle pick-up/drop-off as needed
- Uphold Nimey’s Auto Group’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and outstanding customer service
What You'll Get:
- $19–$23/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 5:00PM

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and customer service-oriented
- Automotive experience or interest is a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
