RISING LEADER WANTED ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Queens, NY
Compensation: $50,000$65,000 + performance-based bonus
Type: Full-time | Must be available weekdays/weekends

Were looking for a hands-on, high-energy Assistant General Manager (AGM) who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Youll support the General Manager in leading our team, driving membership growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk jobthis is an in-the-trenches leadership role where you coach, connect, and execute every single day.

WHAT YOULL OWN:
1. Grow the Business

• Help execute sales and outreach strategies to drive membership growth.
• Engage parents and local businesses to attract new leads and build community awareness.

2. Lead an All-Star Team

• Support in hiring, training, and motivating coaches and front desk staff.
• Coach 510 classes per week to lead from the front and maintain standards.
• Foster a culture of high performance, positivity, and fun.

3. Create an Unmatched Member Experience

• Build deep relationships with parents and kids.
• Ensure every class delivers energy, value, and impact.
• Handle feedback and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.

4. Execute with Excellence

• Support day-to-day operations, scheduling, payroll, and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run facility.
• Ensure safety and company protocols are followed at all times.

• Are passionate about helping kids grow in confidence and strength.
• Have sales and customer service experiencecomfortable handling objections and closing deals.
• Think and act like a leaderset the tone and lead by example.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and love turning challenges into action.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• 13 years in fitness, kids programs, hospitality, or high-touch service environments.
• Previous experience coaching or working with children.
• Proven track record in a sales-driven role.
