Responsibilities

As the Senior PM for Crossmint Wallets, you will play a pivotal role by:

• Leading End-to-End Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iterations.
• Driving Strategic Product Thinking: Define the complete user journey across Crossmint’s suite of products, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and align our product offerings with Crossmint’s mission, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge of the crypto space.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that resonate with our users and adhere to our high standards.

Required Experience

You are a seasoned product leader with a deep understanding of both product management and the intricacies of the onchain world. You:

• Bring Web3 Expertise: You have hands-on experience in the web3 space and understand its technical and market challenges.
• Excel in API-First Design: You have experience architecting and delivering API-driven products and developer platforms.
• Have 5+ years of product management experience , with a strong track record in driving product success.

Preferred Experience

We will be especially excited to hear from candidates who have:

• Direct experience with wallet products or key management systems.
• Previous involvement in developing crypto infrastructure or developer tooling.
• A history of working in fast-paced environments where innovation and agility are paramount.
• Managed products that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, and are able to articulate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
