We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help build the systems that power our blockchain products and platforms.

You'll work on backend services, APIs, data pipelines, blockchain integrations, and infrastructure that support applications used by clients and end users worldwide. You'll be involved in architectural decisions, contribute to engineering standards, and help shape the technical direction of our products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable systems, solving complex engineering problems, and working at the intersection of traditional software and blockchain technology.

* Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our products.
* Develop systems that interact with blockchain networks, smart contracts, and Web3 infrastructure.
* Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and blockchain developers to deliver new features.
* Improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing systems.
* Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
* Review code and contribute to engineering best practices.
* Help troubleshoot production issues and improve operational excellence.
* Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Strong experience building and operating production backend systems.
* Professional experience with blockchain products or Web3 applications.
* Proficiency in backend languages ​​such as Node.js and Go is essential.
* Experience designing APIs, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
* Strong understanding of databases, caching, messaging systems, and system reliability.
* Ability to take ownership of projects from design through deployment.
* Thoughtful approach to software quality, security, and maintainability.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience working with Ethereum, EVM-based networks, or other blockchain ecosystems.
* Familiarity with smart contracts and blockchain indexing architectures.
* Experience building systems that process blockchain data at scale.
* Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
* Contributions to open-source software or developer communities.

**Annual Base Salary: $170,000 – $250,000 USD**

Compensation is determined by experience, technical expertise, location, and expected impact.
