Job Description

You will design and build client websites from scratch in Webflow, create marketing assets across multiple formats, and contribute to scalable UX design systems used across the agency. This is a hands-on, production-focused role for a designer who is equally strong in Figma and Webflow and takes full ownership of their work from concept to live site.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build websites from scratch in Webflow, fully responsive across all breakpoints
  

• Create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma
  

• Design digital marketing assets including ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages
  

• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems including component libraries, style guides, brand guidelines, and reusable design patterns
  

• Work with account managers to understand client goals and deliver on time
  

• Apply Client-First or Relume naming conventions consistently in Webflow
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 3 plus years of web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio
  

• Figma expert, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
  

• Webflow expert, CMS, animations, responsive breakpoints, built from scratch
  

• Proven design systems experience, you have built component libraries, style guides, or brand systems that scale across multiple projects
  

• Strong design fundamentals across typography, colour, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
  

• Experience designing digital marketing assets with knowledge of platform sizes and formats
  

• Clear English communication, written and on calls
  

• Portfolio required to share with the client
  

Nice to Have

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  

• Webflow animations beyond basic triggers
  

• CRO or A/B testing experience
  

• Experience in Home Services or Healthcare industries
  

90-Day Success Plan

Days 1 to 30: Learn brand standards, Webflow workflow, and naming conventions. Build or redesign one page to demonstrate design quality. Deliver a set of marketing assets for a client.

Days 31 to 60: Design and build 1 to 2 full client websites from Figma to live Webflow. Produce marketing assets independently with minimal revisions. Apply Client-First or Relume conventions consistently.

Days 61 to 90: Handle all web design and marketing asset tickets independently. Propose design improvements proactively. Build a reusable UX design system the team can use across future projects.
