Executive Assistant to Global Partner
LaSalle Network is hiring for an Executive Assistant to Global Partner ! We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Executive Assistant to support a Global Head at a leading professional services firm based in New York. This role provides comprehensive executive and personal support to a high-net-worth leader operating in a fast-paced, global environment.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, discreet, and thrives in high-pressure settings. This position requires seamless coordination of complex schedules, global travel logistics (including private travel), and day-to-day operational support, as well as selective personal assistance to ensure the executive’s professional and personal commitments run smoothly. Executive Assistant to Global Head Responsibilities:- Manage a complex and constantly evolving global calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders, clients, and board-level participants.
- Serve as primary gatekeeper for the executive’s schedule, priorities, and communications.
- Manage high-volume inbox, including drafting responses, prioritizing correspondence, and tracking follow-ups.
- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and business engagements.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and high-profile engagements.
- Arrange and manage detailed domestic and international travel, including private aviation when applicable.
- Develop comprehensive itineraries including transportation, accommodations, security, and on-site logistics.
- Manage real-time travel adjustments and contingency planning.
- Provide select personal assistance for the executive, including scheduling personal appointments, managing reservations, and coordinating household or lifestyle needs.
- Support planning of personal travel and events as needed.
- Liaise with personal staff, vendors, and service providers with professionalism and discretion.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items across business and personal commitments.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and advisors globally.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts.
Executive Assistant to Global Head Qualifications:
- 10+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior global leaders, ideally within professional services, finance, or similarly fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives with blended business and personal support needs.
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex international travel, including private travel logistics.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to operate with urgency, flexibility, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar platforms, and communication tools.
- Comfortable working outside standard business hours when required to support global activity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
This position is based full-time in Midtown, Manhattan. The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000-170,000 base salary with bonus and overtime eligibility. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision are offered.
