Created by native New Yorkers Stefanos Vouvoudakis, Tom Tsiplakos, and Joe Ragonese , Angie’s brings a vibrant coastal American concept to Manhasset—featuring craft cocktails, warm hospitality, and an elevated neighborhood dining experience.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our opening team . This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume, guest-focused environments and is passionate about building teams, driving service standards, and executing at a high level.

The AGM will work closely with ownership and the General Manager to help open the restaurant, develop the team, and establish systems that ensure operational excellence from day one. Salary is based on experience.

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
• Assist in executing a successful restaurant opening, including hiring, training, and onboarding
• Maintain and uphold the highest standards of service and guest experience
• Lead from the floor—hands-on, visible, and hospitality-driven
• Manage, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and operational efficiency
• Ensure strong communication between front and back of house
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
• Uphold all health, safety, and company standards

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or high-volume environment
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Opening experience preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of service standards and floor management
• Experience with scheduling, labor controls, and operational systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, polished, and hospitality-focused
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
