ABOUT THE ROLE
The Client Services Representative is responsible for supporting and addressing client needs through a range of service-related activities. This role acts as a liaison between the company, showrooms, and clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination. The full-time representative provides accurate product information, resolves issues efficiently and effectively, and delivers a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, this position requires maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while contributing to the overall success and value of the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver exceptional customer support by assessing client needs and managing high volumes of calls and web chats to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing accurate information on products, availability, and company processes
- Resolve product and service issues by investigating concerns, coordinating with warehouse teams, and implementing timely, effective solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned showrooms, strengthening partnerships and driving positive business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to fulfill client requests efficiently and streamline service operations
- Accurately perform data entry and process orders, reserves, samples, book requests, and new client account registrations
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members while consistently adhering to company policies and procedures
$18 to $20 hourly
Samuel & Sons, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at this location at the time of this posting. Samuel & Sons may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or General Education Degree preferred
- Prior client service experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook and live chat platforms
- Experience managing email communications and professional correspondence
