A Day in the Life

Whether you start your day at 6:00 AM (1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:45 PM) or kick off the evening at 3:45 PM (2nd shift: 3:45 PM – 2:00 AM) , your focus is the same: produce and validate world-class parts with precision. You’ll operate CNC equipment, set up jobs, confirm tolerances, and use inspection tools—from hand gauges to CMM—to ensure every component meets exacting standards.

Open Roles & Pay

CNC Operators / Machinists / Manufacturing Engineers

• Shifts: 1st & 2nd
• $20–$25/hr (Operators)
• $25–$29/hr (Setup Machinists)
• Up to $45/hr (CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineers)
• What you’ll do: Operate CNC machines, perform setups, monitor production, and ensure part quality.

Quality Inspector – 1st Shift

• $20–$35/hr (higher end for CMM Programming / advanced quality skills)
• Quality Engineers: $38–$45/hr
• What you’ll do: Perform hands-on dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and maintain quality documentation.

CMM Operator – 2nd Shift

• $20–$25/hr + 10% shift differential
• What you’ll do: Operate CMM equipment and execute precision inspections to tight tolerances.

Visual Inspector – 1st Shift

• $18–$23/hr
• What you’ll do: Conduct microscope-based visual inspection for defects (scratches, coating issues, debris). Perfect for detail-oriented talent.
