Experience and Qualifications:

• 7+years proven experience in Organisational or Digital Transformation Change Management, Communications Management, Stakeholder Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Transformation
• Team leadership and management
• Facilitation, mentoring and coaching of team and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Highly effective strategic, tactical, and planning skills
• Building and executing engagement strategies according to communications plans
• Some budget management experience

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in weekly training and development sessions, learn in the flow of work
• Develop audience-specific marketing and messaging strategies across various platforms
• Learn and implement online lead generation techniques with guidance from our expert teams
• Conduct structured interviews with end-users over the phone (training and scripts provided) and shortlist candidates - no cold calling
• Share knowledge and information packs when necessary
• Arrange and facilitate online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments.
• Coach and mentor talent, enabling capability adoption
